What to Expect: form drills followed by speed work incorporated into some longer distance intervals.
*The entire session takes about an hour and a half.
The workouts are progressive are very modifiable to meet your specific training goals with both "long" (1/2 marathon, marathon, ultra) and "short" (5k, 10k) course options.
This is a fun event to push your training while getting to know others in the running and fitness community!
Great training for all athletes - whether trail or road runners, triathletes, Crossfit athletes, or high school/college runners needing to get summer workouts in.
