YOUR FIRST VISIT

What to expect?

• Your first visit and all visits thereafter will be one on one with your physical therapist.

• All appointments are approximately one hour.

• Please wear clothing that you feel comfortable in and allows access to the areas we’ll be working on. i.e. For leg injuries, feel free to wear shorts. For shoulder and back, loose tops or a sports bra.

• Massage Patients: Please wear something loose-fitting and comfortable. You will have a full set of linens and a blanket provided. We will not have you completely undress.
